• No zone (travel) charges for Scheduled Maintenance or breakdown service calls.

• Our Scheduled Maintenance warranty will give you added protection for 7 days or 40 hours, whichever comes first after our factory trained technician has performed Scheduled Maintenance on your equipment.

• Reduced labor rate for all service work performed by our dealership generated every six months.

• Discounted rentals.

• 92 Point detailed Scheduled Maintenance inspection performed every four weeks.

• Scheduled Maintenance frequency for Reach, Orderpicker, and Counterbalance vehicles is subject to application and usage parameters.

COVERS:

1) Schedule Maintenance is included as part of the program.

2) All labor and parts to perform necessary repairs during normal working hours (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) for the term of the contract.

3) All work performed by trained RAYMOND Certified Technicians.

DOES NOT COVER:

1) Calls or damage that are caused b misuse or abuse.

2) Battery and charger maintenance or repairs.

NOTE: Repairs to the above conditions deemed not covered by C.F.P.M. will be charged at our current existing rates for labor and material.
