Pick-To-Light

Pick-To-Light Systems utilize lighted modules to direct workers to the proper pick location. This technology can be incorporated into your existing storage system to increase productivity and picker accountability. Error reduction is another substantial benefit. Visual system reduces training time and enables constant process control configurations to meet all of your picking application needs.

Bay Controller

Bay controller lights define zone boundaries by color, so there is never any confusion about where a picker's zone begins and ends. Modules indicate pick activity and order number as well as custom order functions such as splitting items between two shippers, changing lot numbers or requesting replenishment. Also displays local diagnostics and tests.

Digital Display

For fast moving items, Pick-To-Light indicates which items need picking by flashing its beacon as well as displaying the quantity to pick on the digital display. Modules can also handle functions at the item level, including shorts, replenishment requests and item splits.

Beacons

For slower moving items, beacons are used together with the bay controller. The flashing beacon locates the item within the bay to pick, while the bay controller displays the quantity to pick.

Both the beacons and digital displays can be used to handle either one or two sku's using an up/down lit arrow configuration that can be lit in three different colors based on your preference.

Area Controller

For the slowest items in the pick line, the area controller is configured to show the order number and location to pick from, as well as the quantity. Module also includes a function key and shorting buttons.

RF/IR

For item to be picked "off-line", this portable module can be configured to utilize either RF technology, for real time communication with the picker, or IR technology. Either way, the device ensures accuracy by identifying where the picker should go, and once the location has been scanned, the quantity to pick.
