TITLE: Parts Picker
LOCATION: Peoria
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Picks parts and supplies to fulfill customer, technician, and van orders.
- Checks supplier parts packing slips and confirms receipt of product in good condition.
- Dates, signs, and forwards all completed packing slips to Warehouse Supervisor.
- Greets, serves, and picks parts for over the counter parts pick ups.
- Replenishes parts carousel with stock order parts received.
- Participates in keeping the Parts Department working area clean and safe.
- Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to match, sort and collate information as well as organize data.
- Skilled in customer relations by exchanging information with courtesy and consideration.
- Ability to effectively communicate customer issues and concerns regarding accounts to Warehouse Supervisor.
- Requires a minimum of a high school diploma/GED along with a minimum of six months practical skills experience.
- Good people skills and verbal communication is necessary.
- Possess basic computer familiarity and knowledge.

TITLE: Parts Support Representative
LOCATION: Eagan
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides consistent field parts sales and support to designated key users of Raymond and competitive equipment.
- Reviews customer’s parts usage patterns to offer savings and value added alternatives.
- Manages designated customer consignments to afford increased sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Recommends programs to reduce costs while increasing customer satisfaction.
- Travels to customer facilities to provide parts availability and showcase our broad range of parts capabilities.
- Communicates with departmental management and suppliers to enhance sales process and customer satisfaction.
- Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency of software products, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Goldmine.
- Knowledge of material handling service operations and solutions.
- Skilled in time-management and able to work independently.
- Ability to analyze existing parts usage and buying patterns through understanding of equipment design, application and maintenance requirements.
- Ability to identify trends and problematic “hot spots” and communicate the same to CSR Manager.
- Provide excellent customer relations by exchanging information with courtesy and consideration.
- Effectively communicate customer issues and concerns regarding accounts to Parts Manager and CSR’s.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide solutions based on customer needs.
- Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize work, and attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise attention to detail, follow-up, and follow through.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and reasoning.
- This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma/GED along with a minimum of 5 yrs. industry experience.
