Warranty Policy

Your Certified Used Raymond Truck is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days after shipment, or 520 hours (which ever comes first) on major components. Wearable components are guaranteed for 30 days or 170 hours (which ever comes first).

The following are major components covered for 90 days or 520 hours (which ever comes first):

1. Drive Units
2. Motors
3. Hose Reels
4. Control Valves
5. SCR Control Boxes and Cards
6. Weldments
7. Castings
8. Mast and Carriages
9. Cylinders
10. Pumps
11. Wiring Harness
12. Ram Packings
13. Mast and Carriage (exclusive of cylinders)

The following are wearable components covered for 30 days or 170 hours (which ever comes first).

1. Hoses
2. Leaks
3. Seals
4. Bearings
5. Wheels
6. Tires
7. Switched
8. Motor Brushes
9. Contactor Tips
10. Relays
11. SCR's

Parts found to be defective during the warranty period will be replaced at no charge to you. We will pay all transportation charges involved in the replacement or repair of a part found to be defective provided that the replacement or repair is made by an authorized Raymond dealer.

Traveling time will be charged on warranty calls outside of normal service areas.

Associated-Allied reserves the right to make changes and improvements to design without making changes to previously manufactured vehicles.

Your Certified Used Raymond Truck Warranty does not cover defects or damage which are caused from lack of maintenance, misuse, abuse, or accident.

*Notwithstanding any other language contained herein this warranty policy is expressly voided, without any further notice to you, if any modification is made to the truck or additional components or devices are added to the truck without having received prior written approval from Associated-Allied.

This express warranty is in lieu of all warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Associated-Allied be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages.
